1030 am - 1230 pm. Sausage Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Apple Fennel Ragu, Bourbon Braised Pork Chops with Ham Hock Cornbread Dressing, Bacon Date Almond Baklava. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's and a graduate of The Culinary School at Kendall College in Chicago.
