Continues Through May 19th. Preview a selection of the best of Ohio's craft beers that will be on tap during the Ohio Brew Week Festival July 11-17, 2010. Several of Athens' pubs are sponsoring Preview events this Spring to support Ohio Brew Week, which brings in thousands of visitors from all over the U.S. Participants in the a Preview events will be able to sample a variety of the best of the craft beers and meet representatives from the breweries and distributors. Patrons may purchase sample sizes of the great selection of Ohio craft beers at each venue during each week of Preview Nights. Sun, May 2-5. Abrio's Brick Oven 859 E. State St., will be featuring Elevator Brewing Co., Columbus: Bleeding Buckeye Red, American Wheat, Elevator 10th Anniversary Special: Horus Imperial Red Ale. The Smiling Skull Saloon, 108 W Union St., will be featuring Black Box Brewing Co., Cleveland: Plumber's Crack Ale, cloud 9 Wheat Ale; and Crooked River Brewing Co. Lighthouse Gold (German Kolsch).
