Gibisonville Summer Festival
July 10th, 11th, 12th

Gibisonville is a small town of approximately sixty people, located on St. Rt. 668 in Hocking County. Gibisonville will host it's annual Summer Festival on July 10th, 11th, and 12th. The Festival is put on by a committee of residents from Laurel Township, called the Gibisonville Summer Festival Committee, This committee works very hard to plan activities that will appeal to people of all ages.

Activities include a large Chinese Auction, Kiddie Tractor Pull, Kiddie Carnival, Basketball Tournament and a Mule Pull, just to name a few. The festivities begin on the evening of Thursday, July 10th, with a Gospel Sing featuring several groups from around the area. Friday, July 11th, will be the Queen Contest and other entertainment, Saturday, July 12th, our annual parade starts at 11:00 a.m. The parade is a highlight of the three day event. It could possibly be called the biggest, little parade in southern Ohio. After the parade, the activities get started and continue through the day. The evening ends with a band playing for the entertainment of all. There will be a variety of food concessions on hand.

The Gibisonville Summer Festival Committee would like to invite everyone to come join them for a weekend of fun.
